I speculate it’s the fear of reviewing this album which shot my fever, cold and cough to the extent that it has taken me over four weeks to recover. Well I care four fucks of what caused the dammed flu in my body, but here are the symptoms of this album; cold fury, extreme fear, bloodcurdling screaming vocals, drumming which reinvents malice insolently in every song. All these together presents Death Metal in its most infuriating form.
The first 19 seconds of the song ”Confabulated To Defile” sets the ambiance for the song. Accurate to the saying ”beauty lies in the eye of the beholder” the song is intense, there is qualified psychosis in the vocals with a pinch passionate guitar sessions, but it is the impending drumming that steals the spotlight in this song.
Although there were many hands involved in the completion of this album, there is no ”Confusion” (Listen here) with the essence of this song being a follow-up from the first. While the blend of guitars makes a strong presence from the heart of the song, the vocal force will make you feel as if someone is trying to reach out and say something to you.
The verbal fumes from ‘Global Conspiracy/Invisible Oppressors” seems to be rather analytical. The guitaring drools speed, while the vocals and drums reeks of something evil and sinister, ehough! I will stop here.
”Dictated By Misanthropy pt. II” spreads a smothering feeling of hell in your mind, the drums and vocals blend in like that of lions from the movie The Ghost and The Darkness, with the guitar riffs fabricating sound which seem to fit the mood of screams from the dying victims.
With evil and yet captivating riffs ”Below The Surface” entices your inner demons with its enthralling melodic vocals, once captivated in its spell all you can but do is headbang to the shrilling drumming.
”Tribulations Climax” discharges philosophy preached in the cathedral of sin, where the vocals are the choir, the guitars are the chorus and the drums is the pianist adding melody to the song.
With a title as ”Intolerable Misconduct” one can only expect the dominance of evil, the vocals seems to breathe fire, while the drums bleed to the attack of a AK-47.
Like the reminiscence of a war victim ”Respice Finem” spawns few spoken words which expresses the end of our world as we know it. A brilliant gathering of guitar riffs and drums which are the icing to this petite song.
The most powerful of the entire album ”The Cleansing” is like witnessing the dawn of a baleful assembly of frogspawns. The vocals emitting sounds from a set of hungry offspring which hell itself has forsaken.
Irrespective of unvarying line-up changes, delays and inconvenience, the album one the whole is passionate, brutal and spawns fury to its metalĀ subgenre. It will truly Enrage its listeners, else, it’s your heart which will spill-out your fear onto the darkness which will feed to their power.
