Echoes Of Dead Gods is a melodic death metal band formed in 2008 hails from New Jersey, United States. They released their 3 song self recorded and mixed demo following their formation. They are a three piece outfit. “Unbinding” starts with a black metal riff which is accompanied by pounding drums. Lots of harmonies and melodic solos make the song catchy with a dark vibe to it, something in the vein of Kalmah.  Decent drum patterns without over the top blast beats make for a good opening song. “Annihilation’s Praise” has loads of keys and opens with a haunting interlude. Definitely the best track of the demo. It has lots of thrash mid way and memorable riffs towards the end. “Majesty of Misanthropy” is the last track. It has very appealing guitar work and good vocals. The production is very low due to obvious reasons. Vocals sounded a bit hardcore but nonetheless good. Massive and heavy rhythm guitars and thin lead guitars present a dynamic which works very well. Good production will do wonders for the band.
