Now what do I call this.. brutal Satanic slamming technical brutal Death Metal??? The thing that came to mind when the first track was over is, I have heard this all before! Off late alot of talented South American bands are churning out this style of Death metal, a wave that I feel Internal Suffering started and rode to the hilt! The vocals disappoint me, even though there are twin dual styles, ultra low and slightly higher snarls but nothing extraordinary and the ultra low parts get slightly monotonous after half the album has been spun, the drumming is the only highlight I feel, great parts, machine gun blasts, fast and precise! The production quality is great with a great punchy sound which helps the listener sit through the 33 minutes of running length, lot of technical riffs and intelligent playing but non of the riffs are memorable or stay around in your mind for you to sit back and say wow! cos by them there’s another new riff already assaulting your numb senses! The Satanic lyric concept is dull and monotonous and I think poor old Beelzebub & Co should be left alone!
