The most brutal, sick, purely underground and promising Death Metal /Grindcore/Gore Grind Festival in India is back.
Started as a show in a garage basement by a few like-minded friends who played in extreme metal bands due to the limited opportunity by the organizers of mainstream metal shows. The show was a raging success among the few sick folks who loved extreme underground music and became one of its kind in India.
One thing which separates Undergrind from the rest of the other metal gigs is the DIY attitude and the passion to keep the underground metal scene alive. With NO sponsors from any of the corporates and 6 successful shows, the latest being Undergrind 2012 featuring Wormrot (Singapore), Gorified (Bangalore) and a host of extreme metal acts from Bangalore, Hyderabad and Nepal; there is no looking back.
