ANTHRACITE, industrial/nu metal act hailing from Mumbai from last three years has released their debut LP record ‘GROOVE SANDWICH‘. The LP is recorded and Produced under Nikhil Singh of Closed Eye Production. This eight-track LP is released via CDs, independently and can be ordered through BAJAAO.com. Anthracite is a five-piece alternative/nu-metal band from Mumbai. As an idea, the band has existed for the last 3 years. However, during this time, Abhishek the vocalist was studying in Chennai while Sahil and Siddharth were in Mumbai. All the music composed during this time has been through emails and home recordings. The first consistent line-up was achieved in June 2012 when Abhishek returned from Chennai and Dev and Deep joined the band on drums and bass respectively.
