Gruesome Malady, India’s most violent, sickening, brutal band, has issued an announcement about the cancellation of their ‘Anthology‘ release via Roadcrew Records. As reported earlier, the release was originally slated for January release has now been canceled by the band themselves due to issues of delay and CD quality.

Here is the statement from the band:

“The reissue of the Gruesome Malady “Anthology” double CD on Roadcrew Records has been cancelled by the band,the band is not associated with the release or the label and does not approve of the quality of the discs put out by the label, the release originally scheduled to be in first week of January 2011 has been delayed beyond tolerable time limits and the band which decided to do this release so that fans in India could get hold of the bands entire discography is sorry to say but is very disappointed with the approach and attitude of the label towards the release and is forced by the labels absolute incompetence and unprofessional attitude to cancel this scheduled release.”
