British metallers, CYPHER16, will be coming down to India this month. Cypher16 will be headlining the Madras Chrisitian College (MCC) “Deepwoods 2012“ cultural festival in Chennai on February 17th. This will the band’s fourth visit to India. The band was on India tour in September 2011 and played at Great Indian October festival, Bangalore.
