Indian deathcore/experimental metal band DARK HELM based in Pune, India have signed a deal with L.A based record label ITCHY METAL ENTERTAINMENT for the release of their debut album Persepolis.

The band was visibly excited about the deal and had this to say:

Raveesh Salelkar (Vocals) –  “It really feels amazing to be signed by a label like Itchy Metal Entertainment. This is a new beginning and a start to a journey to reach higher levels.”

Clinton Moniz (Guitars): “The moment we got signed is something that I would always remember and cherish.”

Label boss Ed Fassio commented “I really enjoy the stage production of Dark Helm’s live performance but it’s the multiple layers of influence throughout their instrumentation that begins to illustrate the potential of this group.”

Persepolis is scheduled for a 27th December release in India while it has already been released worldwide digitally via itunes, napster, rhapsody etc.
